Tecca.org is a globally managed system. Our 'inner council' members take it in turn to handle enquiries on a rotational monthly basis. Since most of our members are working professionals, we cannot provide a telephone enquiry service to clients.
Email enquiries are generally replied to within 24 hours.
If we feel that your enquiry is better answered over the phone, you will be contacted by our internal admin offices in London, England or from one of our other satellite offices around the world.

If you wish to simply verify an accreditation we have awarded to a particular company or a certificate that has been presented to you, you can do this quickly, using the form on our verify accreditation page
